What to expect
A 1-hour floating sound bath on still pool water. Floating on double air beds, you drift on warm water while crystal singing bowls, gong and breath wash over you. No swimming is required — the beds keep you effortlessly afloat. Expect a gentle arrival, guided settling, an immersive sound journey, and a soft return to stillness. Suitable for adults of all experience levels.
On the day
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts to settle in.
- Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little damp.
- Bring a towel and a bottle of water.
- Leave phones in the changing area so the space stays quiet.
- Doors close five minutes before the session begins.
