What is a Floating Sound Bath?
A floating sound bath is a rare kind of stillness. You lie cocooned in warm blankets on a floating bed over an indoor pool, held by warm water below and by the sound of live crystal bowls, gongs and chimes around you.
The water carries the vibration into every part of the body — deeper than any sound bath on land. Most guests describe an hour that feels like a very long, very unfinished exhale.
