A Floating Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you rest on a comfortable air bed floating on the surface of a swimming pool while live sound is played around you. You do not swim, and you do not go underwater. You simply lie back, relax, and let the sound wash over you.

Do I need to know how to swim?

No. You do not need to be able to swim to enjoy a Floating Sound Bath. The air bed keeps you fully supported on the surface of the water at all times, and one of our team is nearby to help you on and off.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable, loose clothing that you can fully relax in. Soft joggers or leggings and a warm top work well. You stay completely dry throughout the session, so there is no need for swimwear or a towel.

How long is the session?

Each session lasts approximately one hour, including a gentle welcome, the sound experience itself, and time to slowly return to the room.

What should I bring?

Just yourself and comfortable clothing. Everything else — air bed, cushion, blanket and water — is provided.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session start time so you have time to settle in, use the facilities and step onto your bed calmly. Once the session begins we are unable to admit late arrivals.

Most people can enjoy a Floating Sound Bath. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted device, epilepsy, a recent ear condition, or any medical concern, please contact us before booking so we can advise you.
