About the sanctuary

Our practitioners.

The Floating Sound Sanctuary is held by a small circle of practitioners. We came to sound the way most people do — exhausted, looking for a way back into our bodies. Each of us trained differently, and each of us holds the room a little differently too.

Between us we have trained in the UK with the Sound Healing Academy and in trauma-informed group facilitation. We hold sessions for individuals, small groups, and private circles across the UK.

Our practice is quiet. We don't speak much during a session. We keep the room warm, the lights low, and the bowls close. The work is to make a space safe enough that your body can finally exhale.

Float. Relax. Restore.

“We are not here to heal you. We are here to hold a room quiet enough that you can hear what your body already knows.”
