Cancellation policy.
Our circles are small on purpose. Every seat matters, so we ask for a little care around cancellations — but life is life, and we will always try to be reasonable.
7+ days before
Full refund, or free move to another circle.
3–6 days before
50% refund, or free move to another circle within the next 60 days.
Under 72 hours
The seat is held for you but not refunded. You are welcome to gift it.
Sessions cancelled by us. If we ever have to cancel — weather, venue, practitioner illness — you'll receive a full refund and first choice on the rescheduled date.
Concession seats. Concession bookings follow the same windows above.
How to cancel. Please use our cancellation & contact request form — it logs your request with a time stamp so nothing is missed. You can also email info@thefloatingsoundsanctuary.com with your booking reference. We reply within 48 hours. Submitting a request does not cancel your booking until we confirm it.
