Before you arrive
What to bring.
The short version: turn up comfy and warm. We provide the blankets, eye masks, floating beds and the sound. Here's the slightly longer list to make arrival easy.
Cosy, loose clothing
Joggers, a jumper, or your softest yoga kit. You stay dry, so no swimwear needed — just something you can lie still and warm in.
Warm socks
Feet cool quickly once the body settles. A thick pair (or two) makes all the difference.
A refillable water bottle
Sound moves fluid through the body. Sip slowly before you arrive, and again on your way home.
An open, curious quiet
No experience with meditation or sound needed. You don't have to know what to feel.
Please leave at the door
- Perfume, aftershave or heavy scent — the room stays neutral for everyone
- Belts, zips, watches and sharp jewellery — they can catch on the floating beds
- Phones on ring or vibrate — silent mode, and please don't rest them on the bed
- Anything you're worried about losing — bags stay poolside during the session
Still unsure whether a floating sound bath is right for you?
