What to expect
Tones on the Teme is a 1-hour floating sound bath on still pool water, running from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Floating on double air beds, you drift on warm water while crystal singing bowls, gong and breath wash over you. No swimming is required — the beds keep you effortlessly afloat. Expect a gentle arrival and meet-and-greet, a guided settling onto the water, an immersive sound journey, and a soft return to stillness with herbal tea and grounding time. Suitable for adults of all experience levels.
On the day
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts to settle in.
- Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little damp.
- Bring a towel and a bottle of water.
- Leave phones in the changing area so the space stays quiet.
- Doors close five minutes before the session begins.
