About this experience
Float. Relax. Completely switch off. Settle onto your floating bed, wrap yourself in a cosy blanket and allow the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments to surround you. Floating gently on the still water, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxing sound experience, with nothing you need to do other than get comfortable and unwind. Please allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for the full experience, from arrival through to finish. No swimming is required and no previous sound bath experience is needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself the time to rest, reset and restore. • Please arrive 15 minutes early • Floating beds, blankets & eye masks provided • Allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from arrival to finish
See how it worksOn the day
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts to settle in.
- Please arrive in comfortable, relaxed clothing. You are welcome to arrive wearing socks, but when the floating sound bath begins, we will ask you to remove your socks and, where possible, roll or pull up the bottoms of your trousers. Your feet may get slightly wet when getting on and off the floating beds using the pool steps, so please dress accordingly.
- Bring a towel and a bottle of water.
- Leave phones in the changing area so the space stays quiet.
- Doors close five minutes before the session begins.
