About this experience
Float. Relax. Completely switch off. Settle onto your floating bed, wrap yourself in a cosy blanket and allow the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments to surround you. Floating gently on the still water, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxing sound experience lasting up to an hour, with nothing you need to do other than get comfortable and unwind. No swimming is required and no previous sound bath experience is needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself the time to rest, reset and restore. • Please arrive 15 minutes early • Floating beds, blankets & eye masks provided • Allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from arrival to finish
On the day
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts to settle in.
- Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little damp.
- Bring a towel and a bottle of water.
- Leave phones in the changing area so the space stays quiet.
- Doors close five minutes before the session begins.
