The Gloucester Float

A floating sound bath on the still pool water at Sir Thomas Rich's School in Longlevens, Gloucester. Settle onto your floating bed, wrap up in a blanket and let crystal singing bowls, gong and other therapeutic instruments carry through the water. No swimming is needed and no previous experience is required. Each start time is booked separately, with 25 places per session.
